      We do not produce weddings or social events and are happy to refer you to event planners who do. We do make exceptions for social events if they align with a mission or initiative for positive impact. These could include experiences like a donor reception, a fundraising challenge or a community service project.

      Yes, we have a diverse team of talented planners, managers, and skilled specialists for both event planning and day-of execution. Each team member is assigned to projects and roles that align with their expertise, experience, and interests.

      We traditionally stay in the Bay Area where our connections and experience go further. We like to support locally. However, if an opportunity arises outside of the area that aligns with our business model and values, we would be more than happy to explore it.

      Part of our value proposition is building relationships, tying up loose ends and ensuring that all elements of the event are connected and prepared in advance of the event. We never simply show up to manage an event without background and hands-on knowledge. We do that by being involved in some element of the planning. We offer a Partial Event Service Production package which would entail a slimmed down version of event planning in conjunction with managing the event day of.

      We have a wide variety of vendors throughout the Bay Area that we’ve built successful relationships with through our involvement in valuable associations. While we have a list of trusted folks we like to work with, we also like mixing it up and giving new people opportunities to partner with us.
